Overview

HS-Coat Plus is a high-performance tack coat based on polymer-modified emulsified asphalt, developed to significantly enhance interlayer bonding performance compared to conventional HS-Coat. By maximizing interfacial adhesion with asphalt pavement layers, it is optimized to ensure stable layer integration and long-term serviceability in thin overlays, low-noise pavements, and permeable pavement systems.
